Hello everyone,
Hope you are doing well. First of all, I want to thank you for the balloons and kisses. The balloons were so big, they wouldn't even fit in my dressing room. It was a nice surprise....Thank you again.
I guess that means that most of you have probably heard the news. I am returning to Days Of Our Lives, to play Philip. I actually started about a week and a half ago. I hope all of you are as excited about this as I am. I sat down with Ken and Hogan, and they told me what they had planned for Philip. It's almost a completely different character, which I found exciting. Hogan has some great ideas, and stories to tell, and I have no doubt that if you haven't been watching, you will. I got thrown into this huge story, and it has been a little crazy, but I'm having a blast.
All of you have always stood behind me, in whatever I do, and I want you to know that I really appreciate it. Please write me at the studio and let me know what you think. I hope everyone has a great holiday, and I will touch base after the New Year. Take care, talk to you soon.

Hey, great to hear from you, Jay. Thanks so much for posting. I'm going to contact people, make some posts - spead the word that you've posted.
We're behind you, every step of the way. We've been changing the layout of this board, organizing things, adding forums with contact info, ways to support you, etc. - getting everything ready for your return to Days, for people to show their support. (Karen's done a super job with the JKJ-JP board - thanks!) Mindy and Lynnette have been working on getting a board back for JKJ-NOW - hopefully, that will be up and running very soon.
I'm so looking forward to January 12.

Good to hear from you, and like you, we are all very excited about your returning to Days as Philip.... I look forward to seeing what is in store for Philip.... from what you say, the character will be going in some exciting new directions! As always, we support you in all you do... and look forward to hearing from you whenever it is possible for you to post... have a great holiday and I, like everyone else, is looking forward to Jan 12th...

Glad we were able to surprise you on your first days back.  Listen, you've made such a connection with us over the years, and we're always thinking of you and wishing you well. There was an article interviewing Mr. Hogan Sheffer and he mentioned taking Philip and the Kiriakis name to knew heights, so I believe this new storyline will be fascinating. I have not watched since you left, but bet your bottom dollar I'll be tuning in to see you!  Have fun Jay. Enjoy the holidays. And thank you so much for posting. It's always so good to hear from you.

It was so good to hear from you.
I'm glad you're excited to take on the role of a very different Philip Kiriakis. You'll do the role justice and be a great Philip.
I hope you get to have lots of scenes with your "parents"---John Aniston and Lauren Koslow.
It must hav been nice to re-unite with your old cast-mates and to meet the new ones as well.
Please post again when you have time and let us know how things are going. As Mindy posted above---we're always thinking of you and wishing you well.

Jay you cannot imagine how happy I was when I found out you were returning to Days to reprise your role as Philip! In my opinion, you are the only Philip Kiriakis and I cannot wait to see your face in January!

Great to hear from you. Of course we are always behind you and we always will be. i stoped watching Days a year ago but your return is bringing me back to it. I cannot wait. I am so excited for you and am happy that you are happy for this return.

I want to welcome the many fans who've been checking out Jay's latest post, and the new members who just registered for the site and board. WELCOME!
Please feel free to post a message in reply to Jay's post - he would love to hear from you. Also, please feel free to look around at the varioius folders. Karen's done a phenomenal job of redesigning the board for Jay's return to Days of our Lives. We're organizing the forum to include folders for contact info, ways to support Jay (by writing him at NBC, writing Ken Corday, etc.) , discussion for Jay's 'nuPhil', etc. There's a folder to post info on the lastest print interview/story on Jay, a folder to post links to online polls, etc.
Also, we'll keep you informed of 'message board' related news from our sister site, JKJ-NOW. A few changes have been instituted on that site itself - take a look:
